Haideria Trust Management Comprises of following :

• 14 members Board of Trustees (BOT)
• Managing Trustee
• Secretary of the trust
• 5 members Executive Committee (EC)

The BOT is a high powered policy making body that formulates policies &
procedures and monitor & supervises the affairs of the trust. Whereas the EC runs the day-to-day affairs of the trust as well as performs the various tasks assigned by the BOT The managing trustee and secretary of the trust along with the EC members are elected unanimously amongst the trustees for a 3-year term. The managing trustee chairs all the BOT and EC meetings, which are held monthly and weekly respectively.

All the trustees are working voluntårily and not drawing any monetary benefits rather they generate funds for various projects.
